Our services will be unbiased and thorough. Please do not request a "low" value. The value will be based on existing proximate listings, pending sales & closed sales that are similar to your property. Your report will be completed by a fully licensed, experienced appraiser certified by the Bureau of Real Estate Appraisers. It will stand up to scrutiny by the Assessor's office staff.
Most property assessment appraisals are $325-$450. We will quote the fee before any work is completed.
We can be present at an appeal hearing. This may be needed if an assessor's office does not agree with the opinion of value. There will be an additional charge for this, by quote.
