Burton & Company is a service-oriented real estate appraisal company in Sacramento, California.  Owner Scott Burton has been providing appraisals in Northern California since 1990.  We have five fully licensed appraisers on staff; four are FHA approved.  We provide cordial and attentive appraisal services and are licensed, insured, and experienced.

Review Proof Appraisals:  We research and complete appraisals to all guidelines required: FNMA, FHA, Lender, etc. This prevents PTD or PTF appraisal conditions, reducing required reviews and "cut values."  We complete rock solid appraisal reports that will pass review. We respond to any underwriter or reviewer questions quickly & cordially.  We do not "push" values.

Special speed & attention is given to Purchase Transactions.  Appraisers have MLS lock box access.
