Burton & Company Appraisals is a service oriented Sacramento real estate appraisal company.   We have been providing appraisals in Northern California since 1990.  We have four fully licensed appraisers on staff; three are Certified and FHA approved.  We provide cordial and attentive appraisal services.  We are licensed, insured, and experienced.

Review Proof Appraisals:  We research and complete appraisals to all guidelines: FNMA, FHA, Lender, etc. This prevents appraisal conditions, reducing required reviews and "cut values."  We complete rock solid appraisal reports that will pass professional review. We respond to any underwriter or reviewer questions quickly & cordially.  We do not "push" values.

Special speed & attention is given to Purchase Transactions.  Appraisers have MLS lock box access.
