There are 3 ways to fax us an order form:   Direct Fax, Regular Fax & eFax

Direct Fax

1. Click here to print an order form.     Print Faxable Order Form
2. Fill out as fully as possible.
3. Fax to this toll free number (1-866-704-6542).

Our faxable order form has a barcode that prints out on the form.  When you fax it, our software reads the barcode.  A copy of the order is forwarded to us and we’re notified immediately by text message and email.

Your LOS (Calyx/Point) already has Requests for Appraisals built in.  You can use that if you prefer. Just download a cover sheet  here.  It has a barcode that is similar to our order form. Print it, make it the first page and fax it over (1-866-704-6542).  Only use this fax number if you are faxing using a barcode appraisal order form.

If you do not want to visit our web site each time you have an appraisal order you can just print out order forms or cover sheets and keep them near the fax machine. You can fill out our order form by hand too. 

Regular Fax

The regular fax number is 916-454-6120. 

You can use your order form or this one:  Fax Appraisal Order Form 2005.doc. 

eFax

 Our eFax number is  810-452-6120 

Confirmation

However you choose to order, All orders are confirmed within 1 business hour, usually sooner. 

If you have not received a confirmation, we did not get the order. 

If you order online or by direct fax, we receive a cell phone text message and an email.
